Verdict

Despite an excellent third behind Anibale Fly over hurdles at Navan last month, SUTTON PLACE was found to be clinically abnormal after the race so Gordon Elliott is running him in this bumper and hopefully he'll be over whatever ailed him. Unless there's something decent among the newcomers, he can gain his first success. Noel Meade's Greco Romain is definitely a contender as he's a half-brother to five winners in France and is likely to make a useful jumper in time. Crosshue Boy landed a point at Tatteralls Farm on his debut, though that was in 2014 on good ground while Supreme Steel will need to step up on what he's shown so far.
