Mister Hotelier had some strong bumper form last season but was beaten a long way on his reappearance at Punchestown in November. He should do better and make a hurdler but Akatara has become just about the most frustrating hurdler in the business. She was having her 29th start over timber when narrowly beaten by Milborough in a Tramore maiden over 2m5f on New Year's Day and though she has the best form in the race she's now been in the first four 16 times without winning. Willie Mullins has suffered a few reversals in recent weeks and SARABAD has been a short-priced beaten favourite on his last four starts. It wasn't the greatest of races when he finished runner-up to Courageous Cry at Limerick but there's probably some improvement left in him and he gets the vote. Cnocan Diva may do best of the remainder despite a poor debut over hurdles at Leopardstown on St Stephen's Day.
