In depth

Verdict

Hazelhatch Lady was the shock winner of a Wexford bumper in July and faces a stiff task on her debut over timber. Downpatrick bumper winner Howaya C D And E has been placed in all three starts over timber though hasn't found much at the business end. Kilbunny Pontic easily won between the flags before dead-heating on her bumper debut here and made a promising start over timber at Listowel while Purse Prize was picked up for £25,000 after scoring in a Flat race at Duncombe Park and has joined Gordon Elliott. But SAINTE DONA's second in a Wexford maiden back in April would probably be good enough if she's ready after a break.
