In depth

Verdict

Caesar's Comet has won twice over the course and distance but last week's Bellewstown victory came in a one mile claimer. He's penalised 5lb here as is Adapt To Dan, who also won over that track and trip a day earlier. The latter has been raised 7lb and looks the better of the pair but seven-times winner Fit For Function looks a couple of pounds high at present. APPROACHCAUTIOUSLY had shown nothing before heading to Roscommon last week in a first-time hood where she very nearly made all. She's up 2lb but a similar effort can see her go one better. Tai Sing Yeh hasn't won for two years but has dropped in the ratings accordingly and bounced back to form at Down Royal so has to be respected. Plough Boy was having his 100th starts when runner-up on the latter track and isn't finished yet.
