In depth

Verdict

All bar Two Shoes Tom can be given chances with Gordon Elliott saddling a pair. Wide Receiver landed a Leopardstown maiden before well beaten in a Grade 1 on a return visit in February but Queens Brook looks the stable pick. Beaten just a head by SKYACE in a Grade 3 at Down Royal over 2m a year ago, she showed her liking for this trip on her return from a long break at Wexford last month. The latter had her big day when landing the Grade 1 Mares Novice Championship Final here in April but fell at the second on her next start and pulled up in the Galway Hurdle. She's won first time out and gets the vote though Ciel De Neige ran a superb race the only time he raced over this trip when beaten half-a-length in a Grade B handicap at Punchestown.
