In depth

Verdict

It’s a long time since Mastermind occupied the winner’s enclosure while Kilbeggan runner-up Tango Theatre is now 0-19 under Rules but HE FITZ IN won at Navan before falling when in front at the last in a chase at Sligo last week so has to go on the shortlist. Doyen For A Drink holds the reluctant Suile Ban on Kilbeggan running and is another to consider but Croi Corcra was still beaten 21 lengths when third at the same track last month.
