Thundering Home won this in 2014 and scored again here in April but hasn't been in the best of form. Dusky Raider, twice a winner on the Flat, showed nothing in early starts over timber but came good at Uttoxeter and could make further progress though he's 8lb higher. Padleyourowncanoe raced almost exclusively in poor all-weather handicaps but has shown some potential over timber and has moved to the right yard. He's only three and is one of the few with a bit of scope. NORSE LIGHT had been building up to a victory before scoring here earlier this month and though 6lb higher should be capable of winning again in this grade. Collodi wins his share but is better on quicker ground.
