Verdict

GEORGIE LAD fell when still in contention at Taunton on his chasing bow. But he returned to action none the worse when winning over hurdles at Bangor last month and Philip Hobbs' charge gets another chance over fences. St Dominick was beaten only a head over these fences earlier this month but has a further hike in the weights to contend with despite not having won a race yet while Lac Sacre has yet to win over fences in eight attempts. Tarraco went close at Fontwell in March and has gone well fresh before so he makes more appeal than Winged Crusader and Dreams Of Milan, who also return from a lay off.
