In depth

Verdict

Winning bumper Alcedo is likely to prove much better than we saw at Chepstow while easy point-to-point winner Davidoc will be better for his hurdling debut at Ffos Las. NAVAJO INDY overcame trouble in-running to land a Newbury bumper and can make a successful debut over timber. Juventus De Brion has a superb pedigree for jumping and would not need to be a world-beater to make a successful debut.
