In depth

Verdict

Canford Chimes should improve on his third at Doncaster and Just A Sting got his career off to the perfect start at Bangor in January, though that’s earned him a penalty and the form hasn’t worked out. Motueka also has experience on his side but didn’t reproduce a promising first effort at Chepstow on a return visit to that track. GUNFLEET is by leading NH sire Oscar and a half-brother to winning hurdler Silver Eagle so is taken to make a winning debut for Emma Lavelle ahead of fellow newcomer Silver Hollow.
