Verdict

Caspers Court returned from a short break to finish a close-up third at Newton Abbot but has been raised a further 2lb. Mi Laddo would have a cracking chance on last year’s form and has one of the most of the experienced amateur riders on board. Nigel Hawke runs recent Hereford fourth Ranco and Yaazaain, who just came up short in a Newton Abbot seller latest when Baliyad was only sixth, but GERARD MENTOR travelled strongly throughout when scoring at Warwick 12 days ago and is the one to beat if Lauren Keen-Hawkins can get him to settle.
