In depth

Verdict

Red Lion Lad makes his debut under Rules having won his only start between the flags but this may end up a straight fight between KARL PHILLIPE (NAP) and Dock Road. The latter made relentless late headway here on debut when only beaten half-a-length by Ranch Hand but Fergal O’Brien’s charge is expected to make into a smart novice having won both starts in bumpers on ground with plenty of give. The market may be the best guide to the remainder.
