In depth

Verdict

Eritage and IGOR represent the powerful Nicholls and Henderson yards respectively. The latter is especially interesting as he steps down considerably in trip - his last outing having been a decent sixth in a 3m Pertemps qualifier where he travelled strongly until staying on at the one pace. He gets the vote with the former failing to land the odds under a penalty at Taunton last time. Eurowork showed some improvement when fourth over track and trip last time without looking like winning while Honest Exchange is a half-brother to Grade 1 winner Last Instalment and debuts under Rules having won two of four outings between the flags.
