Verdict

VODKA 'N TONIC (NAP) looked to be cantering all over winner Frozen Over at Taunton last time but didn't find as much off the bridle as expected and went down by a short-head. He's clearly a tricky ride and is 3lb higher here but can go one better if Nico de Boinville can hold on to him for a bit longer. Kastani Beach is hard to catch right but wins his fair share. However, his latest victory at Sandown probably doesn't amount to much while Jolly Roger failed to hang on in a claimer last time. Taste The Wine may be suited by further nowadays but handles fast ground and the four-year-old Classical Art dead-heated at Taunton last time and may be capable of better.
