Course and distance winner Astronomic View was engaged in the 4.45 Newbury yesterday. COPPER COVE and Propelled only found one too good on their respective debuts. The former’s run at Ffos Las looks to be slightly the stronger form so he gets the nod to go one better. Hermes Du Gouet will no doubt improve on his second at Haydock and the winning pointer looks a threat to all with Belguardo, Altobelli and Maximum Dex newcomers to note. Nollyador is already looking a bit exposed, however.
