Verdict

There should be more to come from Tolkeins Tango this season and he goes on the short-list in this finale. Royal Native didn't do a lot wrong behind So Fine on his reappearance at Fontwell and he should be winning soon while Tarvini goes well for a claimer, though is a bit more exposed than stablemate Cloudingstar. Bygones Sovereign and Fix It Right are others to consider but STORM ALERT has recorded a win and a second from two previous runs over course and distance and looks well up to scoring in this grade this season. If fully wound-up, Susan Gardner's gelding should make his presence felt again.
