A tricky maiden with many facing soft ground for the first time but SUNPASS has raced on ground with some give and is handed the vote. He could never get near the impressive Cameron Highlander at Redcar but the winner is very highly regarded and is entered in the Derby Trial earlier in the day. Valley Of Destiny didn't appear to mind the rain-softened ground when runner-up to Verse Of Love at Warwick and will find this longer trip much more to his liking. Engrossing, who was behind in fourth, looks held but Linkable is the type to do better in his second season. Benzanno has the benefit of a recent run at Wolverhampton but doesn't look to have the scope of some of these rivals.
