In depth

Verdict

Majestic Mac is the only course winner in the line-up and though that was over 7f the extra won't be a problem. But BALLADEER gets the vote as he was making his handicap debut when scoring with a bit in hand at Chelmsford and is only 3lb higher, though Bay Of Naples wasn't at his best on his hat-trick bid at Wolverhampton. Barbarosa showed potential in maidens and this longer trip will suit on his handicap debut while Spirit Warning may not have been suited by Tapeta at Wolverhampton after minor victories on Polytrack.
