Sir Geoffrey is a speedy sort who should be suited by the sharp sprint course here but previous C&D winner INDIAN TRAIL looks the best drawn of Dandy Nicholls' quartet and was an unlucky sixth in this race 12 months ago off a 6lb higher mark. He needs to be produced late but should get a nice tow through from habitual trail-blazer Cape Royal, who is also drawn near the favoured stands' rail. Bertoliver is capable of running well fresh and likes it here but Breathless Kiss may struggle to confirm Beverley running with Falasteen and Beat The Bell off a 4lb higher mark and Best Trip's form on turf bears no comparison to that on the Polytrack.
