      Verdict

      MYSTIC EDGE continues to progress and ran out an easy winner on the turf at Lingfield last week. She has plenty of scope for improvement and should cope with today's rise in class given the doubts surrounding the other leading contenders. Swindy has been going the right way before a disappointing effort in much better company at Newmarket a week ago, while Barathea Dancer posted an improved effort last time though his best form has been over shorter trips. Classic Voice has done his winning on the all-weather so far and Swaninstockwell was an unplaced favourite at Lingfield yesterday.
