The usual array of sprinting suspects and our particular Keyser Soze is Rudi's Pet, with Brave Burt, Summer Lightning and, possibly, Kathology among those to be called in for questioning. Rudi's Pet won well at Sandown last time and comes here in good heart. That success may have come in a seller but he is a course and distance winner, although he could have been drawn better. Summer Lightning has a chance based on his win at Ayr in June. Brave Burt is three pounds higher than for his recent Ayr win, but does come here in good heart. Kathology won here from a two-pound higher mark in June but has a 92-day absence to overcome. Talbot Avenue, Rudi's Pet, Trinculo and Henry Hall are all entitled to have their supporters while Jayanjay looked set to run into form last run, going well from an unfavourable draw. Course and distance winners Kathology and Boleyn Castle are capable of pulling a rabbit out of the hat but, all things considered, we'll stick with Rudi's Pet.
