        Verdict

        Amanto beat Clemento over track and trip three weeks ago and is fancied to confirm superiority despite the worse terms. But AGAINST THE ODDS has slid down the weights since joining Tom Clover at the start of year and he may prove good enough today on the back of a second over course and distance. Berrahri went close over 1m6f last time having also slipped down the handicap while Hats Off To Larry and Never Surrender were both placed over 1m2f on their respective latest starts and Brancaster may do better now handicapping.
