In depth

Verdict

Aidan O'Brien has two entries. Cape Bridgewater couldn't get close to stablemate and Derby entry Londoner over a mile here in October but is also engaged at Epsom as is San Antonio, who will be much better suited by this sort of trip this campaign. JUST AN HOUR missed the break and didn't get the run of the race before staying on over a mile in December. He can go one better though Giselles Defence looked in need of experience over the trip two months ago. The Frankel colt Glazunov started favourite for a Curragh maiden in June so is obviously well regarded while Tom The Second has a superb pedigree and is a newcomer to note.
