Unless one of the newcomers proves above average, this should concern only AVENUE MONTAIGNE and Bairns At Bay. The former tackles the surface and trip for the first time but her four runs since making her debut in June have been at Group 3 and Listed level so this represents a huge drop in class and she looks the one to be on. Bairns At Bay made a promising start over the track and trip last month and put the experience to good use when staying on strongly behind Sharaasa over 6f earlier this month. The remainder with experience have shown nothing so Andy Oliver's well connected newcomer Cool Dot Com, who is related to numerous winners, can prove the main threat to the leading pair.
