I Will Excel would be the one to be on if recapturing last season's juvenile form but he's disappointed in his last two starts on Turf. Splashtop's only victory to date came on soft ground and she's never raced on an artificial surface but would be an obvious threat if suited. IRON MAJOR has won five times around here and has had a nice break since mid-summer where he was beaten in a similar race when odds-on at Fairyhouse. He's been put in at a reasonable claiming price and can gain victory number six on the track. Hard Times has never been placed in five starts here and Fragile Earth makes her debut on the track.
