Verdict

Soaring Sky overcame greenness to beat subsequent winner Zozimus over track and trip in October while both Uncharted and Catena Zapata put their debut experience to good use on their next visits here. Doolin Dancer was well supported to land a Killarney maiden on good to soft while Russian River followed a short-head defeat over 6f with a narrow victory over that trip on a return visit. To Glory was operating in pattern race company after his opening maiden victory at Limerick while Cecelia Clementine relished heavy ground when gaining a surprise victory at the Curragh. SAN MARTINO also scored in very testing conditions at Killarney and was placed in nurseries before finding Group 3 company beyond him at Leopardstown. He can progress again this campaign, starting here.
