In depth

Verdict

DUHALLOW NOELIE (NAP) ran very well in handicaps at Newcastle and Lingfield in February so it was no surprise when he landed a course and distance handicap earlier this month. He's only been raised 3lb and a double looks on the cards. Treasure Vale has never run here but showed improved form when third over 7f at Gowran and wouldn't need much more to get into contention. Han Solo has been gradually improving and showed with a staying-on placed effort over 7f here last month that his turn wasn't far away. Gatsby Cap looked in need of a bit further when running on over an extended mile at Cork last time and Ideal Pal led for a long way over 1m2f at Navan and, though making his debut on the surface, is one to keep an eye on in the market.
