Samollie had shown a little promise here before coming good over 7f a week ago where he had DIMITAR a head back in second, Choral Society in fifth and Roman Locket just behind. The runner-up, having just his fourth start, was staying on strongly and this longer trip will suit so he can gain revenge on 2lb better terms and take this. Danequest will be making his debut on an artificial surface but was in very good form last summer scoring at Gowran in September. He's well enough treated on his reappearance and should get involved while the selection's stablemate Stagecoach has the obvious bonus of Johnny Murtagh in the saddle.
