JERED MADDOX made an encouraging start here in November and returned three weeks ago to be narrowly beaten by Empire Line. That could be good enough though Marshall Law showed improved form when third in a big field at Leopardstown in October and has an all-weather pedigree. Total Recharge missed the break and never got into contention over 7f here in December but will have come on for the experience and the longer trip will suit. Oneiroi showed the benefit of his opening run with a narrow defeat by Isosceles three weeks ago and it wouldn't take much more to go one better while Jupiter Road, who started favourite on his debut here in October, is obviously thought capable of better. The latter's stable companion Red Sole Diva, a daughter of Dylan Thomas, will probably need further in time.
