This looks slightly more competitive than the first division. Mr Soprano landed a handicap for Stuart Williams at Lingfield during the summer and will be better for his opening run for new connections while Canon Law has dropped to his lowest ever mark, though is probably better over further. ROSE ANGEL has been given a chance by the assessor as she's on a lower mark than when last successful here just over a year ago. She should have finished closer to Tribal Path last week and can go one better. Torpedo Alley ran easily his best race for some time when runner-up to Zylan in a claimer here last week. The assessor has left him alone and he should get into the frame while Sister Slew looks well handicapped on her best form.
