Doctor Grace would have a very good chance if getting a run after a narrow defeat in a similar race here last month. MAGNANIMOUS MEHMUS (NAP) had shown potential in Turf maidens before making his debut in a nursery over 6f on this track where he stayed on strongly. With the extra furlong certain to suit, he can get off the mark. Malacanne has never raced here and didn't act on heavy ground last time but Alfarida led until collared inside the final furlong when tackling a mile a fortnight ago and looks a major threat.
