In depth

Verdict

Red All Star won on the sand at Laytown in September and is on such a lowly mark that he can get into the action. Clare Island beat him a couple of lengths here last month but has shot up the weights and looks to have a stiff task. BLUE BOUNTY looked like winning when cruising to the front a fortnight ago but found the extra furlong too much. He's now on a winnable mark and Danny Sheehy's claim is a bonus so he gets the vote. Free To Roam stayed on past him close home in that latter event but this trip is more likely to suit the selection. Baby Power has been showing good speed over further so should get into contention.
