Verdict

Teddy Boy has been in fine form on testing ground in recent weeks and would prove hard to beat if taking to the surface though he's yet to reach a place in three starts here. Ever Rock wasn't far behind him at Navan last month though he's run a dozen times on the all-weather without winning. The maiden Keepthebestsideout has found some improvement lately from a mark she should be capable of winning off while Denis Hogan will be finding a race for Great Midge soon judging by his run behind Pillar last week. The winner made all under a very enterprising ride from Gavin Ryan but runner-up JERED MADDOX has much the better of the weights this time and can finally lose his all-weather maiden tag.
