Atlas, a winner at Leopardstown in August, came here last week and won a handicap over a mile for which he's been raised 5lb. He took the lead at the furlong mark so the drop in trip shouldn't be a problem but third-placed Katiymann, who didn't get the best of runs, may turn the tables on the revised terms. Geological led for much of the race before fading so should do better but St Brelades Bay has gone up 10lb for his victory at the Curragh in August and looks a bit high in the weights. Hugo Palmer sends AVENTINUS (NAP) from the UK and the journey shouldn't be wasted. A winner on Polytrack at Lingfield and at Goodwood this summer, he's been running in better handicaps on Turf and looks well treated.
