May Remain scored over the track and trip last month then got no sort of run in the race won by Bellick a couple of weeks later. He won again on Friday over 6f where he led at this trip and, though carrying a 6lb penalty, he's won off a higher mark in the past. Bellick found a 6lb rise beyond him next time and is probably better over an extra furlong though he holds three-times track winner Ken's Sam's on that run. Pillar, beaten a neck by Bellick last month and no better off, gained his first all-weather victory in 27 starts a week later though a 5lb rise may be enough to prevent a follow-up. BAMBARI (NAP) was having his first start in two years when beaten just over three lengths by May Remain last month. Jonjo Stack's charge has a big weight pull here and can start making up for lost time.
