In depth

Verdict

INSTRUMENTAL (NAP) has won over 7f and a mile here and has been raised 7lb for last week's last-gasp victory over the latter trip. James Ryan's claim nullifies the extra and a quick double looks on the cards with the longer trip likely to suit. Lucky Queen has no problems with the trip having run a cracking race over slightly shorter in a huge field at the Curragh though she's now 14lb higher than her only winning mark. Antilia has only had four starts on Turf and looks the type to do better now making her debut on the surface, as is Ta Na La, another who looks capable of improvement. A Shin Undine was consistent on Turf and made a reasonable debut on this track last month.
