      Verdict

      BEACH BAR had Jon Ess and Reckless Lad in the places when scoring three weeks ago with Red Avenger back in sixth. The winner appeared to be doing enough to confirm the places, though the latter played up at the start and looks the one most likely to turn the tables. Yamato has twice finished behind Reckless Lad in recent weeks and the remaining pair make little appeal.
