Verdict

HAVE A NICE DAY led every inch until the final strides over a mile here on Wednesday and, racing from the same mark over a furlong shorter, can gain compensation. Stoichkhov also ran well at the same fixture when a close third over a trip much too short and this is more his distance. Missile Command can't get his head in front and was beaten a head in a similar race last week when receiving 13lb from the winner. Cheers Buddy had Gatamalata a couple of lengths behind when third to Lord Kenmare last week while Apache Gold also ran at the fixture but appears better on Turf. Secret Locket should be winning soon and the assessor has taken a chance dropping her 3lb from her latest start.
