Dreamboat Dave showed improvement in nurseries last autumn and made an encouraging reappearance behind the in-form Cuban Hope at Navan when Hidden Spark was fifth and Serenely well beaten. Ger Lyons' charge looks certain to get into contention though may meet his match in LYRICAL ATTRACTION. She was making her handicap debut when staying on strongly over a mile behind Cuban Hope here and, with the longer trip likely to suit, can gain her first success. Eyeoweyou has shown enough ability in decent maiden company to suggest it won't be long before he loses his maiden tag.
