Gold Wing was having just his second start for new connections when a close sixth in a handicap last week and further progress can see him in the firing-line. LYRA BELACQUA finished close behind that day when staying on from the rear. She's been running reasonably well in recent weeks and is taken to get off the mark in first-time blinkers in a poor-quality maiden. Sunwalk has been an expensive failure the last twice here and missed the break on both occasions.
