Verdict

A low-grade handicap where SKY LEGEND has his first run for Denis Hogan after five starts in the UK and though his latest placed effort came over two miles he should have enough pace to make a winning start for the yard. Virtual Hug has won over hurdles but shown little on the level while seven-times winner Pearl Of The West will surely find this too short. The Riastrad has yet to reach a place in six starts while Liberated Light, an import from the UK, hasn't run since well beaten at Haydock in May. Der Mc was well beaten in his only start on the track.
