In depth

Verdict

Athenaire has looked as though she needed further on her two starts on Turf over this trip and Formulate could only stay on at one pace at Bellewstown last time so could also do with a longer trip. Sariyfa was having her first start since September when making a satisfactory reappearance at Navan last month and with that under her belt looks certain to get involved. SHES NO JOKE was a 25/1 chance when a very good fourth on her debut at Leopardstown. Violet Hour, who was just in front of her, scored at Naas on Wednesday so Mark Fahey's filly should be good enough for this.
