X Rated is the only runner sent here tonight from Mark Johnston's Middleham base and, though he's looked moderate to date, he wouldn't be coming here without good reason. Noble Intention had his first start over this trip here a fortnight ago, though didn't really show much improvement from his previous run in a 7f nursery, but Drake Passage hasn't done much wrong. John Oxx' charge started 33/1 on his debut at Leopardstown but ran very well then was only just touched off in maidens on that track and at Gowran. He'll be difficult to beat but a chance is taken with SHAHROZE from the in-form Michael Halford yard. He gave trouble at the start when making his debut at Leopardstown but stayed on when getting the hang of things and Pat Smullen is a very positive booking.
