Koybig has won four times around here and has the promising Paddy Harnett on board claiming 7lb so has to be respected. Andrew Slattery's claim is also a bonus for Lord Rapscallion, though Johnny Murtagh's charge makes his debut on the surface. The Last Emperor, another having his first all-weather start, has changed stables and Kevin Manning is an interesting booking while Denis Hogan remains in good form and both Atlas and Tony The Gent have the right credentials. PHOENIX OPEN made his debut here a year ago and hasn't had much racing subsequently, scoring at Limerick in July and almost defying a penalty at Leopardstown. He looks to have the scope to do better as does Pacific Ocean, a maiden winner at Navan in June before well beaten in a Curragh Listed event.
