Verdict

Higher Kingdom is in good form having won over the trip in December and the extended 1m2f a fortnight ago. Shanghai Dragon completed a double over the trip on Turf last summer but will be having his first all-weather start here unlike Mulgrave, who gained his third success a week ago and will make a bold bid to defy a 6lb rise. However, GHUMAMA was beaten less than two lengths that day and can take her revenge on the revised terms. Boadicea Belle hasn't been seen since gaining her third Chelmsford victory in October where she had plenty in hand but would have to be a threat if her new trainer has her ready.
