This looks an ideal opportunity for NIVVO to finally get off the mark. Tracey Collins' mare has had numerous chances but has been placed in five of her eight starts on this track and has only been headed inside the final furlong in her last two starts over 1m2f. Wedding Photo, who cost $230,000 as a yearling and a 10th of that at the Ascot Sales in November, started favourite on her only run for Godolphin at Chelmsford in September and may be capable of better. Cavelli, who had been racing over 1m4f on Turf, had her first run over the track and trip last week and performed better than her finishing position indicates. Long Wood is making a belated racecourse debut at the age of six and the market may tell us more.
