Yulong Baoju was a long odds-on chance when landing this a year ago and though he'll find it tougher this time he's been running well enough in strong company to be considered for the double. Tony Carroll doesn't send horses here for fun so the presence of the useful Caspian Prince has to be noted. Runner-up behind Sir Maximilian in a lucrative handicap at the Curragh in July, when My Good Brother was a couple of lengths behind, he couldn't handle Group 2 company at Goodwood but this is a big drop in class. FLIGHT RISK made his debut in a Listed contest at the Curragh a year ago and didn't reappear until last month where he ran a cracking race in the Group 3 Phoenix Park Sprint back at the Curragh. He'll have come on for the run and can make his age allowance count.
