Miss Martinstown had a good chance in the 2.05 here yesterday and that result should be noted. There isn't a last-time winner in the race but many are due a victory. They include MAUNSELLS DUKE, an excellent runner-up to Blue Eyed Miss here in October on only his fourth start and looking well enough treated to gain his first success. Little Luxury finished like the proverbial train but couldn't quite catch An Saighdiur over 6f here last time so a big run from the winner in the previous race will boost her chances. Annakeen is another who looks a threat as she was making her handicap debut when beaten a short-head by Intyre Trail over the C&D in October and has plenty of scope for improvement.
