Bay Of Skaill had run a dozen times, including on this track, before getting off the mark on the sand at Laytown last month. HONOR OAK won a handicap the last time she ran around here and has been in fine form on Turf this summer. She reverts to her all-weather mark, 17lb below her Turf rating, so looks the value in a tight handicap. Waitingfortheday is another racing off a very lenient mark. She completed a four-timer in mid-summer which included a victory on this track and though she's looked a few pounds high on Turf she is 12lb lower back on Polytrack. Her stable companion Focus Of Attention scored over 5f and 6f in July but shot up the weights as a consequence though the assessor has relented dropping her 4lb after well beaten in a premier handicap at the Curragh, where Hello Brigette finished mid-division though didn't get the run of the race. Dramatically began her career a year ago with victories here and at Naas and has been highly tried subsequently though she ran poorly on her handicap debut when last seen in May. Surrounding has some smart form here and on Turf to her credit and only just failed to catch the front pair in a premier handicap at Leopardstown last month.
