        In depth

        Verdict

        These look moderate in the extreme so it may be worth taking a chance on SOME SLAM, a winning bumper and hurdler, who could be good enough to defy an absence since May. Star Of Aragon hasn't been beaten far on his last two starts here and must be a threat and though Kalann has looked very one-paced on both runs to date he would only need minimal improvement to be involved at the business end. Harranda showed a little promise on turf but was behind Star Of Aragon here last time.
